When you join aretoto, you agree to the terms that govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, and use of our platform. We have set out these conditions to ensure fair treatment for all users across Indonesia — from Jakarta to Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta — and to protect both your interests and aretoto's operations.
These terms cover how we handle your personal data during registration, what happens when you fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or other local payment methods, and how we resolve disputes. Account opening and user obligations
To open an aretoto account, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement with us. We require a valid email address, phone number, and a government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence). During registration, you will create a password — keep this secure and do not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately so we can help protect your balance.
You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether conducted by you or anyone else using your credentials. We do not tolerate fraud, money laundering, or use of aretoto to circumvent financial regulations. If we detect suspicious activity — for example, a pattern of deposits and immediate withdrawals without betting, or deposits from multiple payment methods in quick succession — we may freeze your account and request additional verification or documentation.
