aretoto Platform Account Terms

When you join aretoto, you agree to the terms that govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, and use of our platform. We have set out these conditions to ensure fair treatment for all users across Indonesia — from Jakarta to Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta — and to protect both your interests and aretoto's operations.

These terms cover how we handle your personal data during registration, what happens when you fund your account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or other local payment methods, and how we resolve disputes. We encourage you to read them carefully before opening your account. If you have questions about any provision, our support team is available during business hours.

By continuing to use aretoto, you confirm that you have understood and accepted these terms in full.

Account opening and user obligations

To open an aretoto account, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal right to enter into a binding agreement with us. We require a valid email address, phone number, and a government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's licence). During registration, you will create a password — keep this secure and do not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately so we can help protect your balance.

You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether conducted by you or anyone else using your credentials. We do not tolerate fraud, money laundering, or use of aretoto to circumvent financial regulations. If we detect suspicious activity — for example, a pattern of deposits and immediate withdrawals without betting, or deposits from multiple payment methods in quick succession — we may freeze your account and request additional verification or documentation. This is a standard safeguard in regulated gaming and protects all users of aretoto.

Deposits, withdrawals, and payment methods

We support eight local payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. When you deposit on aretoto, the funds are credited to your account balance immediately (or within a few minutes for some payment partners). Withdrawals from aretoto are processed back to the payment method you used for deposit. If you funded via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes to your registered local payment account. mobile banking code

A scan-and-pay QR code generated per deposit request. Valid for approximately subject to verification; scan with your bank or e-wallet app to transfer funds instantly.

Bonus terms and dispute resolution

Any promotional bonuses, free-bet offers, or deposit matches we advertise on aretoto come with specific terms. These may include minimum betting requirements, expiry dates, or restrictions on which markets you can use the bonus in. Before claiming any promotion, read the full terms carefully — they appear in the promotion details on our platform. If a bonus expires before you have met its requirements, you forfeit the unused portion. We do not extend expired bonuses or refund the promotional amount in cash.

If you have a dispute with aretoto — for example, a missing deposit, a withdrawal that did not arrive, or a bet settlement you believe is incorrect — contact our support team with full details. We undertake to act fairly and transparently. All betting odds, game outcomes, and settlement rules are fixed and auditable. We do not manipulate results in favour of the house or any individual user. Jurisdiction and service availability
